Grilled Peach Salsa

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, toss the peaches with olive oil – grill. Cool completely, then dice.
  2. Combine the peaches, fresh jalapeño, red onion, red pepper, cilantro, lime juice, salt & pepper. Check for seasoning and adjust as desired. Set aside in the refrigerator until ready to use.

  • 1 cup West Creek® sliced peaches, grilled and diced into 1/4 in, pieces
  • 1 tbsp Roma® extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Peak Fresh Produce® Pepper(s), Jalapeño, seeded and finely diced
  • 1/4 cup Peak Fresh Produce® Onion(s), Red, finely diced
  • 1/4 cup Peak Fresh Produce® Pepper(s), Red Bell, finely diced
  • 1 tbsp Peak Fresh Produce® Cilantro, chopped
  • 1/2 ea. Peak Fresh Produce® Lime(s), juiced
  • 1 tsp West Creek® sea salt kosher
  • 1/2 tsp Culinary Secrets® black pepper
