Herb Horseradish Crusted Tenderloin Roast
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425.
- In a bowl combine, steak seasoning, Dijon mustard, horseradish sauce and rosemary.
- Place tied tenderloin in roasting pan and cover with sauce. Roast for 20 minutes, reduce oven to 275 and
continue cooking until internal temperature reaches 120.
- Remove from oven and allow to rest for 15 minutes.
Remove twine, slice and serve.

- 1 lb Braveheart® Black Angus Beef Steak, upper 2/3 cut
- 2 oz mustard, dijon
- 2 oz horseradish
- 1/4 oz rosemary, fresh leaves, cleaned and chopped
- 1/2 oz McCormick® Grill Mates Montreal Steak Seasoning
