Jicama and Sweet Pepper Slaw
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and allow to rest overnight in the refrigerator for best flavor results.

- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 cup jicama(s), julienned
- 1 lime(s), juice of
- 4 tbsp Piancone® Oil, Olive, Extra Virgin
- 1 tsp pepper, black
- 1 tbsp Peak Fresh Produce® Cilantro, Fresh, minced
- 1 Peak Fresh Produce® Pepper(s), Green Bell, julienned
- 1 Peak Fresh Produce® Pepper(s), Red Bell, julienned
- 1 Peak Fresh Produce® Pepper(s), Yellow, julienned
- 1/2 tsp salt, kosher
- 2 tbsp vinegar, red wine
