Jicama, Carrot, Apple Slaw

Directions

  1. Mix all together while sugar dissolves. 
  2. Drain before service.

  • 1/2 cup mint, fresh, leaves pulled

  • 3 Peak Fresh Produce® Carrot(s), julienned
  • 1/2 cup Peak Fresh Produce® Cilantro, Fresh, leaves pulled
  • 1/2 Peak Fresh Produce® Onion(s), Red, julienned
  • to taste salt, kosher
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup vinegar, apple cider
