Kale Pie

Directions

  1. Spread the Calabrian tomato sauce out on the dough while leaving a 1” crust around the edge.
  2. Second, sprinkle 10 oz. of Bacio Cheese around the sauced area on the dough. Place the bacon and mushrooms on the pizza and bake.
  3. Pick kale leaves off stem and fry till crisp, season with S&P and apply to pizza after baked.
  4. Garnish with the juice 3 lemon wedges.

  • 12 oz pizza dough
  • 1 oz honey
  • 2 oz kale, leaves, fried
  • 3 lemon, wedge(s), juice of
  • 2 oz mushroom(s), shiitake, sliced, cooked
  • 3 to 4 oz Calabrian tomato sauce
