Marinated Kale

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl.  Massage marinade into leaves of kale.  Refrigerate covered, overnight.

  • 1/8 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup vinegar, champagne
  • 4 cups kale
  • 1/4 cup oil, olive, extra virgin
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper, flakes
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt, kosher
