Meatball Parm Sliders
Directions
- Mix the beef with the onion powder, garlic, and panade (bread with milk), egg, and Knorr® Beef Base.
- Roll into 3 oz balls, place on a parchment lined sheet tray and bake for 25 minutes at 375 degrees Farenheit.
- To serve, place meatballs on a tray covered with the shredded mozzarella and bake until cheese melts.
- Cut the garlic knot in half, stuff with the meatball and enjoy.

- 2 cups beef, 90/10
- 1 tbsp. onion powder
- 1 tbsp. garlic, powder
- 2 ea. bread, Italian, sliced, crust removed
- 2 tbsp. milk, whole
- 1 ea. egg(s), beaten
- 1 1/2 tsp. Knorr® Professional Beef Liquid Concentrated Base
- 32 oz. tomato, sauce
- 1 cup cheese, mozzarella, shredded
- 4 oz. cheese, Parmesan , grated
- 12 ea. Garlic knots, with garlic, parsley and parmesan
