Mediterranean Feta Farfalle Pasta Salad

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients well.
  2. Chill at least one hour.
  3. For best results, chill overnight.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz olive(s), black , sliced and drained (Option: Kalamata olives)
  • 1 tsp Sauer’s® Coarse Black Pepper
  • 1 lb Farfalle Bowtie Pasta, cooked and chilled
  • 1 1/2 cup Piancone® Mediterranean Feta Dressing
  • 1/2 each onion(s), red, small, finely chopped
  • 4 oz salad shrimp
  • 1 cup spinach, fresh baby , loosely packed
  • 4 each tomato(es), sun-dried, sliced thin
  • 3 each tomato(es), Roma, medium, diced
  • 2 each zucchini, halved and sliced ¼” thickness
