Mediterranean Feta Farfalle Pasta Salad
Directions
- Mix all ingredients well.
- Chill at least one hour.
- For best results, chill overnight.
Ingredients
- 2 oz olive(s), black , sliced and drained (Option: Kalamata olives)
- 1 tsp Sauer’s® Coarse Black Pepper
- 1 lb Farfalle Bowtie Pasta, cooked and chilled
- 1 1/2 cup Piancone® Mediterranean Feta Dressing
- 1/2 each onion(s), red, small, finely chopped
- 4 oz salad shrimp
- 1 cup spinach, fresh baby , loosely packed
- 4 each tomato(es), sun-dried, sliced thin
- 3 each tomato(es), Roma, medium, diced
- 2 each zucchini, halved and sliced ¼” thickness
