Mediterranean Tuna Salad

Directions

  1. In small bowl whisk together oil, vinegar, oregano, garlic and salt.
  2. Add tuna, carrot, onion and parsley. Toss to coat. Serve with salad wafers.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 tsp oregano, dried, (leaves)
  • 1 garlic, clove(s), (minced)
  • - as desired Heritage Ovens® Wafers, Salad
  • 6 1/2 oz Magellan® Chunk Albacore Tuna, Can(s), (chunk, drained)
  • 1/4 cup onion(s), red, (finely chopped)
  • 1/2 cup Peak Fresh Produce® Carrot(s), (finely chopped)
  • 2 tbsp Peak Fresh Produce® Parsley, Fresh, (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp Piancone® Oil, Olive
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1 tbsp West Creek® Vinegar, Red Wine
