Mini Reuben Cups
Directions
- Spray mini muffin tins with non-stick baking spray
- Press wonton wrappers in cups
- Bake at 350 for 4 minutes
- In a bowl combine beef, kraut, and dressing, mix thoroughly
- Place into cups evenly
- Sprinkle cheese on top and bake at 350 for approximately 5 to 7 minutes or until mixture is hot

- 6 oz corned beef, fully cooked, sliced
- 1/3 cup dressing, thousand island
- 1/3 cup sauerkraut
- 2/3 cup West Creek® Cheese, Swiss, shredded
- 24 wonton wrappers
