Mushrooms with Marsala Reduction

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to a saucepan over medium low heat.
  2. Cook for 10-15 minutes until wine is reduced by 3/4.

  • 1 bunch Peak Fresh Produce® Onion(s), Green, chopped
  • 1/8 tsp Magellan® sea salt
  • 1/8 tsp Magellan® Black Pepper, ground
