Oyster Rockefeller Pasta
Directions
- In a large sauce pan over medium heat, add oil. Add celery, bell pepper, onion and garlic then cook 3-4 minutes. Add salt, pepper, oregano, basil and continue to cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Add Alfredo sauce and spinach and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
- Now add Parmesan cheese and green onions.
- Pour over pasta then top with fried oysters.

- 1/2 tsp. basil, dried
- 1/2 tsp. oregano, dried
- 3 Tbsps. liqueur, Herbsaint
- 12 oyster(s), shucked, breaded and fried
- 1/4 cup Peak Fresh Produce® Celery, diced
- 2 Tbsps. Peak Fresh Produce® Garlic, Clove(s), minced
- 1/2 Peak Fresh Produce® Onion(s), Chopped
- 1 Peak Fresh Produce® Pepper(s), Green Bell, diced
- 2 cups Peak Fresh Produce® Spinach
- 1/4 tsp. pepper, freshly ground
- 2 Tbsps. Piancone® Oil, Olive, Extra Virgin
- 2 1/2 cups Roma® Alfredo Sauce
- 1/4 cup Roma® Cheese Grated, Parmesan
- 1/2 lb. Roma® Pasta, Penne
- 1/4 tsp. salt
