Directions
- Muddle the peach slices in a shaker.
- Add all ingredients with ice.
- Strain into a glass and garnish with basil.

- 1 1/2 oz Cocchi Americano
- 1/2 oz vermouth, dry
- 1/4 peach peach(es), sliced
- 1/2 oz pineapple gum syrup
- a few dashes umeboshi vinegar
