Peach Aperitif

Directions

  1. Muddle the peach slices in a shaker.
  2. Add all ingredients with ice.
  3. Strain into a glass and garnish with basil.

  • basil, for garnish
  • 1 1/2 oz Cocchi Americano
  • 1/2 oz vermouth, dry
  • 1/4 peach peach(es), sliced
  • 1/2 oz pineapple gum syrup
  • a few dashes umeboshi vinegar
