Peak® Iceberg Wedge
Directions
- Place a wedge on a chilled plate then top with dressing and a portion of sliced red onion.
- Arrange tomatoes around wedge.
- Sprinkle crumbles and bacon on top then serve.

- 1 ea Peak Fresh Produce® Lettuce, Iceberg , split in four
- 1/2 cup Village Garden Bleu Cheese Dressing
- 1/2 cup Roma Blue Cheese Crumble
- 12 ea. Peak Fresh Produce® Cherry Tomatoes Red, cut in half
- 1/2 ea. Peak Fresh Produce® Onion(s), Red, julienne
- 8 ea. Ridgecrest® Bacon, cooked and crumbled
