Peking Steak Bites

Directions

  1. Combine oil and five spice powder.
  2. Spread evenly onto surface of beef steak. Grill, covered, 11 to 16 minutes for medium rare (145°F) to medium (160°F), turning occasionally.

  • 1 beef, Denver steak(s), about 1 lb
  • 2 tsp five spice powder
  • 1 tbsp oil, vegetable
  • 2 tbsp Peak Fresh Produce® Onion(s), Green, minced

Mix all ingredients well. Store in an airtight container.
