Pepperoni Madness Pizza

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 475°F.
  2. Brush the pizza dough lightly with olive oil. Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the surface of the pizza dough, leaving a small gap. Top the pizza with the sliced pepperoni, then sprinkle mozzarella cheese to cover sauce and pepperoni.
  3. Top the pizza with the julienne and cupping pepperoni. Ensure the julienned pepperoni does not completely cover the cupping pepperoni or it will not curl.
  4. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
  5. Remove from oven and sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese, to taste.

  • 3 oz. BURKE® Sliced Pepperoni, Pork & Beef
  • 3 oz. BURKE® Pepperoni, Pork, Chicken, Beef, julienne
  • 3 oz. Deep cupping sliced pepperoni, pork & beef
  • 10 oz. pizza dough
  • oil, olive, as needed
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup cheese, mozzarella, shredded
  • cheese, Parmesan , grated, to taste
