Poblano and Hearts of Palm Salad
Directions
- Toss all ingredients with dressing and separate into two chilled salad bowls.
- Top with cotija cheese then serve.
Ingredients
- 3 ea Peak Fresh Produce® Poblano Peppers, roasted, peeled, seeded, and chopped
- 3 cups Asian Pride Hearts of Palm, cut into wheels and drained
- 1 ea Peak Fresh Produce® Onion(s), Red, cut into rings, grilled
- 1 ea Contigo® Avocado Halves, sliced
- 1 cup Peak Fresh Produce® Tomato(es), Cherry, quartered
- 5 oz Village Garden® Italian garden dressing
- 3 tbsp Contigo Cotija Cheese
