Pork Pot Roast
Directions
- Rub pork butt with seasoning and place in full pan to cook. Add water to bottom of pan. Rough chop veggies and place in pan.
- Cover with foil and bake for 6 hours at 275º. Uncover and bake for another hour uncovered.
- Plate with 6 oz. of roast and a few of the veggies, garnish with rosemary and serve.

- 1/4 cup McCormick® Salt Free Seasoning
- 6 each Peak Fresh Produce® Carrot(s)
- 3 each Peak Fresh Produce® Onion(s), Yellow Jumbo
- 4 each turnip(s)
- 1 quart water
