Pumpkin Nachos
Directions
- Over medium-high heat, cook ground beef, Libby’s Pumpkin Puree, and taco seasoning together until cooked completely through. Set aside.
- Over medium heat, heat white queso and Libby’s Pumpkin Puree together until heated all the way through. Set aside.
- To build mound tortilla chips on desired serving vessel, then add pumpkin queso, pumpkin beef, sliced jalapenos, shredded cheese, and sour cream.

- 1 cup White queso cheese sauce
- 1/4 cup Libby's Pumpkin Puree
- 1 lb. beef, ground
- 1 cup Libby's Pumpkin Puree
- 2 Tbsp. taco seasoning
- 4 cups tortilla chips
- 1/8 cup jalapeño(s), pickled, sliced
- 2 Tbsp. sour cream
- 4 Tbsp. cheese, cheddar , shredded
