Roasted Turkey BLTA
Directions
- Lightly toast two slices of High Crown Sourdough bread until golden brown.
- Cook bacon until crispy. Drain and pat off grease with a paper towel.
- Slice a beefsteak or heirloom tomato into even slices; cut avocado lengthwise top to bottom, remove the pit, separate the two halves and slice into strips.
- Spread mayonnaise on one side of each toasted High Crown Sourdough slice.
- Layer in the following order between the two slices of bread: carved roast turkey breast, crisp bacon, lettuce, sliced tomato, sliced avocado.
- Slice in half and serve with a side salad.
