Roasted Turkey BLTA

Directions

  1. Lightly toast two slices of High Crown Sourdough bread until golden brown.
  2. Cook bacon until crispy. Drain and pat off grease with a paper towel.
  3. Slice a beefsteak or heirloom tomato into even slices; cut avocado lengthwise top to bottom, remove the pit, separate the two halves and slice into strips.
  4. Spread mayonnaise on one side of each toasted High Crown Sourdough slice.
  5. Layer in the following order between the two slices of bread: carved roast turkey breast, crisp bacon, lettuce, sliced tomato, sliced avocado.
  6. Slice in half and serve with a side salad.
