Place first pancake on a serving plate. Spread 2 ounces each of marshmallow topping and milk chocolate fudge topping on the pancake. Repeat with remaining 2 pancakes, stacking into layers.
Sprinkle with crushed graham crackers and mini marshmallows to garnish. Serve.
