Spicy Shrimp Tacos

Directions

  1. Puree ranch and avocado in blender until smooth. 
  2. Prepare Simplot RoastWorks Flame-Roased Corn & Jalapeño Blend according to package directions, hold hot.
  3. For each serving, place 2 tortilla's on a plate. Top each tortilla with 2 shrimp, 1 oz. of the corn & jalapeño blend, 1 oz. dressing and 3/4 oz. cabbage.

  • 80 Empire’s Treasure® Shrimp, Raw, 16/20, split, grilled
  • 4 cup Peak Fresh Produce® Cabbage, Shredded
  • 2.5 lb Simplot® RoastWorks®: Flame-Roasted Corn & Jalapeño Blend
  • 2 cup Simplot® Harvest Fresh Avocados™: Avocado Pulp
  • 2 cup Village Garden® Ranch Dressing
