Stir Fried Green Beans

Directions

  1. Heat oil over high heat. Sauté garlic, ginger, and crushed red pepper flakes for 1 minute or until fragrant.
  2. Add peppers, onions, and green beans and stir fry for 3 minutes or until green beans are cooked.
  3. Season with Maggi® Seasoning.
  4. Serve as a side dish. To create a version of this dish in a Sichuan style use Maggi Seasoning and fresh chiles.

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp oil, sesame
  • 1 tbsp garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp ginger, root, raw, minced
  • 1 tsp red pepper, crushed
  • 1/2 cup Yellow Bell Pepper, julienne
  • 1/2 cup onion(s), raw, julienne
  • 1 lb. Green beans
  • 2 tsp Maggi® Seasoning
