Tangy Tzatziki Sauce

Directions

  1. Place the diced cucumber into a towel and squeeze dry. Discard the water.
  2. Combine the remaining ingredients and blend well.
  3. Place into a container with a lid and refrigerate.

  • 16 oz yogurt, Greek
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 2 tbsp mint, fresh, chopped fine
  • 1 ea lemon zest
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp oil, olive, extra virgin
  • 1 tsp vinegar, red wine
  • 2 tsp salt, kosher
