Directions
- Butter and grill the focaccia. Arrange sliced Mozzarella on focaccia and melt.
- Heat the meats on grill.
- Plate bottom piece of focaccia. Layer with roast beef, pepperoni, capicola and red onion.
- Spread prepared aioli on top slice of focaccia. Top, cut on a bias then shingle.

- 1 bread, focaccia
- 2 oz. capicola
- 1 oz. garlic, roasted
- 1 Peak Fresh Produce® Onion(s), Red, sliced
- 2 oz. Roma® Beef, Roast
- 1 oz. Roma® Pepperoni
