Watermelon Feta Salad

Directions

  1. Toss greens in Citrus Dijon Vinaigrette and place on center of plate.
  2. Stack watermelon and feta alternately on greens.
  3. Drizzle with Balsamic Fig Glaze and garnish with chives.

Ingredients

  • 16 oz. greens, spring mix
  • 1 fl. oz. Ken's® Citrus Dijon Vinaigrette
  • 2 triangles watermelon, 1/2 in. slices
  • 2 triangles cheese, feta, 1/2 in. slices
  • 1 tbsp. chives, fresh, sliced
  • 1 fl. oz. Ken's® Balsamic Fig Glaze
