West Creek® Chili Crusted Burger
Directions
- Whisk mayonnaise and chipotle puree in a bowl then reserve.
- Whisk cumin, chili powder, black pepper, and salt in a bowl.
- Season both sides of burger with chili powder blend then cook on grill for 3-4 minutes per side.
- Top with cheese slice and melt.
- Spread chipotle mayo on bun then top with cheeseburger patty and serve.

- 2 ea West Creek® 3-1 burger
- 2 ea Heritage Oven's burger bun, sesame seed
- 2 ea West Creek® Cheese Slice(s), Cheddar
- 1 tbsp Magellan® Chili Powder
- 1/2 tbsp Magellan® Cumin, ground
- 1/8 tsp sea salt
- 1/8 tsp Magellan® Black Pepper, ground
- 1/2 cup Delancey Street® Real Mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 tbsp Contigo® chipotle peppers, pureed
