Directions
- Heat oil to 350 degrees in deep fryer. Cook chips until golden and crispy.
- Remove from fryer and toss in bowl with Cajun seasoning and salt.

- Brilliance® oil, for frying
- 2 tbsp Magellan® Cajun seasoning
- 1/2 tsp Magellan® sea salt
