West Creek® Chips

Directions

  1. Heat oil to 350 degrees in deep fryer. Cook chips until golden and crispy.
  2. Remove from fryer and toss in bowl with Cajun seasoning and salt.

  • 2 lb West Creek® Chips, raw
  • Brilliance® oil, for frying
  • 2 tbsp Magellan® Cajun seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp Magellan® sea salt
