Wood Fired Pizza with Fresh Tomatoes and Basil
Directions
- Thaw and hand stretch pizza crust.
- Slice fresh tomatoes.
- Top crust with pizza sauce. Top with diced cheese. Arrange sliced tomatoes on top. Add sliced olives.
- Baked in wood fired pizza oven at 500 degrees until crust is done, rotate as needed.
- Garnish with fresh basil and parmesan cheese, cut and enjoy.

- 6 slices Peak Fresh Produce® Tomato(es), Roma
- 8 leaves Peak Fresh Produce® Basil
