Yucatán Guacamole

Directions

  1. In a small mixing bowl, combine red onion, habanero, vinegar, and citrus juice.
  2. Add in diced avocados, then marinated overnight in the refrigerator.
  3. After marination, strain liquid, then mash avocados.

  • 1 1/2 cups Avocados From Mexico™, diced
  • 2 tbsp. onion(s), red, diced
  • 2 tbsp. pepper(s), habanero, minced
  • 1 tbsp. salt
  • 1/4 cup vinegar, white
  • 1 lime(s), juiced
  • 1/4 cup grapefruit, juiced
  • 1/2 cup orange(s), juiced
