Yucatán Guacamole
Directions
- In a small mixing bowl, combine red onion, habanero, vinegar, and citrus juice.
- Add in diced avocados, then marinated overnight in the refrigerator.
- After marination, strain liquid, then mash avocados.

- 1 1/2 cups Avocados From Mexico™, diced
- 2 tbsp. onion(s), red, diced
- 2 tbsp. pepper(s), habanero, minced
- 1 tbsp. salt
- 1/4 cup vinegar, white
- 1 lime(s), juiced
- 1/4 cup grapefruit, juiced
- 1/2 cup orange(s), juiced
