Yuzu Beet Aioli

Directions

  1. Grate raw beets and add them to blender. Blend in mayo and yuzu. Pulse until smooth.
  2. Strain and adjust seasoning as needed.

  • 4 cups mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Yuzu juice
  • 2 cups beets, grated
  • salt and pepper, to taste
