Yuzu Beet Aioli
Directions
- Grate raw beets and add them to blender. Blend in mayo and yuzu. Pulse until smooth.
- Strain and adjust seasoning as needed.

- 1/4 cup Yuzu juice
- 2 cups beets, grated
- salt and pepper, to taste
