ELIGIBLE PROGRAM PARTICIPANTS

The program is offered to valid business entities, and not to individuals, and is open to independent foodservice establishments (restaurants) in the U.S. The establishment’s account should be set up and managed by the person primarily responsible for making food and beverage purchase decisions for the establishment. Appropriate job titles include Owner/ Principal, General Manager and Buyer; other job titles may also be appropriate, depending upon the establishment.

Operators will begin earning the day in which they enroll. To participate, a foodservice representative MUST enroll each customer through the Meal Ticket portal.

PROGRAM EARNINGS STRUCTURE

Participants will earn valuable award points based on the value of the qualifying purchases (cases and case equivalents) they make on a weekly basis. Qualifying products may vary over time and the number of award points assigned to different products may also vary over time.

ENROLLING IN THE PROGRAM

To enroll in this program your Area Manager will sign your account up through the Meal Ticket platform. For businesses with multiple locations, each location will be signed up separately and reward accounts can be linked after completing our “Merge Accounts request” form.

ONGOING ACTIVITIES

Participants will visit their Meal Ticket dashboard:

  • View general program rules
  • See program updates
  • Learn about any new earning opportunities
  • Check their award point account balance • Redeem award points • And much more

ABOUT AWARD POINTS

Award points earned will be deposited weekly for qualifying purchases made the previous week. Participants will visit the MY ACCOUNT section of the program website to see details on how they earned Award points; users can enter specific date parameters to see how they earned during those specific dates entered.

AWARD POINT REDEMPTION

You will be available to review your rewards on your Meal Ticket dashboard. Your rewards will accumulate until you submit a redemption in which a Visa gift card containing the rewards to the mailing address provided. This card can be used anywhere Visa is accepted.
