Chef Mark was born in the Bronx and raised in Staten Island. He graduated from the American Culinary Federation National Apprenticeship program and is a Certified Executive Chef.
With experience in hotels, catering operations, five-star platinum country clubs, and collegiate foodservice operations, Chef Mark has a vast knowledge of the hospitality industry.
Chef Mark has worked with Performance Foodservice-Hickory since March 2022 and comes to us as former Executive Chef for Duke University, North Carolina State University, and North Ridge Country Club. Chef possesses the culinary attitude to truly see things through the eyes of the restaurant operator and help them reach their full potential.
