This chorizo is available in two carefully chosen flavor profiles: 

• Traditional: made with vinegar and spices
• Southern: a spicier blend of complex and proprietary spices that will surely delight operators in Texas and across the United States

The flavor profiles both feature paprika (for chorizos distinctive reddish-brown hue), whole muscle pork, pepper, garlic and other spices that are hallmarks of this sausage. Contigo Chorizo can be served in multiple applications throughout breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Some of the most popular dishes include tacos, nachos, eggs, scrambles, and pizza toppings.
