We are excited to introduce a line extension of our Contigo® Frozen Prepared and Pre-portioned Beef and Pork.

For the processed items, we are featuring four new protein items include a 1/2” dice of beef Carne Asada, most commonly used for street tacos, two processed pork items, diced pork cushion in a 3/4” dice and a 1/4”x1” Al Pastor, marinated pork strip. These items are pre-diced and pre-sliced which eliminates the labor of breaking down these proteins.

In addition to the sliced and diced proteins, we are featuring two new lightly marinated ribeye steaks in 2 pack sizes, 28/6-ounce or 16/10-ounce. These items are cost-conscious, labor saving, preportioned, center-of-the-plate staples that will delight any customer looking to implement affordable proteins.
