Heating in the vacuum sealed, boil bags allows for minimal mess, and saves time and labor. Using corn husks is an authentic way to wrap tamales, and they also ensure the tamale stays moist and prevents the product from drying out. Contigo® Tamales can be prepared on the stovetop, in a steamer, oven, or microwave. The vacuum-sealed bag keeps the tamales fresh and at just the right moisture level.
