Our premium Roma® Invisicoat French Fries are available in three varieties: 5/16" skin-on and skin‑off thin extra long (XL) and 3/8" skin‑on regular XL, all with an invisicoat coated layer of light/thin batter. Invisicoat does not alter the taste but rather provides an extra layer that alters the product to remain crispy even when held for longer periods. Great for takeout and holding bins.

New to our portfolio are skin-on-spicy potato wedges and uncoated skin-off potato nuggets. Both of our new items offer the added benefit of an extended hold time which maintains the crispy, crunchy exterior. Our potatoes for these products are West Coast grown, offering a longer growing season for larger potatoes and thus a better fry length as well as a delivering a superior potato taste.
