Sweet Encore® Brownie Chocolate CheesecakeSweet Encore Cakes

Sweet Encore Brownie Chocolate Cheesecake leads with “brownie points”! This decadent cheesecake is 10-in. in size, and is created from eight meticulous steps. A rich dark chocolate brownie base is baked with a New York style creamy, vanilla cheesecake, and is adorned with dark chocolate ganache, and buttery caramel. Homemade, dark chocolate brownies garnish each piece of this cheesecake.

Roma Cakes

Pistachio Almond Cake is a southern Italian favorite! This three layer cake consists of layers of honey syrup-soaked vanilla chiffon cake, and a nutty pistachio almond mousse. Chopped pistachios encrust the outside of the cake to provide a slightly salty and nutty crunch.

Napoletano Truffle Trio Cake is a chocolate lovers dream! This cake is three layers of chocolately goodness. A layer of milk chocolate truffle and a layer of white chocolate truffle sit atop a layer of rich devil’s food cake. Finished with a dark chocolate coating and waves of white chocolate swirls on top. Shavings of white chocolate on the outside of this cake provide the perfect finishing touch.

Italian Rum Cake is the combination of a delicious rum-soaked vanilla cake layered with chocolate and vanilla custard, and finally covered in vanilla buttercream, with chocolate drizzled over the top, and garnished with toasted slivered almonds around the exterior of the cake.

Hazelnut Crunch Cake is a nod to the beloved hazelnut chocolate spread. This cake is layered with a creamy roasted hazelnut praline mousse, vanilla cake, and a layer of crunchy gianduja royaltine (a sweet chocolate spread that combines hazelnut paste and chocolate) for added crunch and texture - finished with a rich glaze and caramelized praline crunch.
