Sweet Encore® Brownie Chocolate Cheesecake, and Sweet Encore® Birthday Confetti Cake

We are pleased to announce this portfolio extension - bringing into our brand portfolio Sweet Encore® Brownie Chocolate Cheesecake, and Sweet Encore® Birthday Confetti Cake. Sweet Encore® Brownie Chocolate Cheesecake leads with “brownie points”! This decadent cheesecake is 10-in. in size, and is created from eight meticulous steps. A rich dark chocolate brownie base is baked with a New York style creamy, vanilla cheesecake, and is adorned with dark chocolate ganache, and buttery caramel. Sweet Encore® Birthday Confetti Cake is ideal for any birthday party or celebration! This three layer cake consists of white cake layers with generous amounts of artisan inspired frosting between each layer, and spread on top. Bright candied confetti pieces are dispersed throughout the cake layers and on top of the cake, for a dazzling presentation.

Roma® Iced Americano Cake, Pistachio Almond Cake, Napoletano Truffle Trio Cake, Italian Rum Cake, and Hazelnut Crunch Cake

Five new cakes have joined our Roma® brand portfolio. Roma® Iced Americano Cake is a classic Italian-style dessert that is best enjoyed chilled. This cake offers a unique twist on a traditional Tiramisu. Roma® Iced Americano Cake starts with a light chiffon cake and fruity espresso syrup, is layered with a creamy coffee mousse, and finally topped with a milk chocolate glaze.

Roma® Pistachio Almond Cake is a southern Italian favorite! This three layer cake consists of layers of honey syrup-soaked vanilla chiffon cake, and a nutty pistachio almond mousse. Chopped pistachios encrust the outside of the cake to provide a slightly salty and nutty crunch. The light green mousse layers of this cake offer a special pop of color to holiday celebrations like St. Patrick’s Day, Easter, and Christmas, but this cake can also be enjoyed year round.

Roma® Napoletano Truffle Trio Cake is a chocolate lovers dream! This cake is three layers of chocolately goodness. A layer of milk chocolate truffle and a layer of white chocolate truffle sit atop a layer of rich devil’s food cake. Roma® Napoletano Truffle Trio Cake is fished with a dark chocolate coating and waves of white cholcolate swirls on top. Shavings of white chocolate on the outside of this cake provide the perfect finishing touch.

Roma® Italian Rum Cake - It is a tradition to serve this cake for birthdays and special occasions in many Italian families. This flavorful cake is the combination of a delicious rum soaked vanilla cake layered with chocolate and vanilla custard, and finally covered in vanilla buttercream, with chocolate drizzled over the top, and garnished with toasted slivered almonds around the exterior of the cake.

Roma® Hazelnut Crunch Cake is a nod to the beloved hazelnut chocolate spread. This cake is layered with a creamy roasted hazelnut praline mousse, vanilla cake, and a layer of crunchy gianduja royaltine (a sweet chocolate spread that combines hazelnut paste and chocolate) for added crunch and texture. Roma® Hazelnut Crunch Cake is finished with a rich glaze and caramelized praline crunch.

Contigo® Coconut Cream Cake, and Contigo® Pineapple Brown Sugar Streusel Cake

And finally, two new cakes have joined our Contigo® brand portfolio. Contigo® Coconut Cream Cake is a layered cake with moist vanilla cake and smooth coconut cream. This cake is topped with coconut frosting and garnished with toasted and sweetened shredded coconut flakes. Contigo® Coconut Cream Cake is an ideal combination of textures, and also a nod to the classic coconut cream pie. Contigo® Pineapple Brown Sugar Streusel Cake is a tropical delight made with brown sugar cake layered with juicy pineapple filling and pineapple brown sugar mousse. This cake is finished with a pineapple brown sugar streusel.
