West Creek® Dry Cream Soup Base is gluten-free, with no artificial colors or added MSG. Add warm water to the dry mix for a rich, creamy soup base with a silky texture and rich, neutral cream flavor without all of the hassles and costs of using real cream. Conveniently store the dry mix in a tightly closed container between 40 F – 80 F until ready to use for up to 12 months for best results.
West Creek® Dry Cream Soup Base is a convenient and consistent starter for cream soup, pot pie filling, casseroles, sauces, dips, and more. West Creek® Dry Cream Soup Base is an easy-to-use dry mix that, with the addition of water, performs like a canned or frozen condensed cream soup. With adding just a few ingredients, West Creek® Dry Cream Soup Base is the foundation for creamy soups, sauces, casseroles, and pot pie recipes without the hassle and costs of using real cream and delivers a fully seasoned cream soup flavor. Gradually blend 28 oz. of West Creek® Dry Cream Soup Base with 1-gallon warm tap water until smooth. Add additional ingredients as desired and heat to the desired serving temperature.
