This case of fine cheeses includes wedges including washed-rind 1/4-wheel Italian-style Fontina, a ½-wheel semi-hard Spanish-inspired Queso de Cesta basket cheese, a 1/8-wheel Alpine-style Gruyere, and the savory cheddar-gouda blend of our ¼-wheel Sunset Reserve. All cheeses are crafted using cultured pasteurized rBST-Free milk from family farms in Wisconsin and between aged 4 and 6 months, depending on the cheese.
