Bulgogi Fries with Beef Marinade

Directions

  1. Make Marinade and marinade beef over night (recipe below).
  2. Combine cilantro, chopped garlic and oil and blend to make a chimi churri sauce.
  3. Add sour cream and onion sauce and mix together.
  4. Fry fries until golden brown. Place on a plate, top with tomato strips, caramelized onion and cheese. Melt the cheese, then top with sour cream mixture and chopped cilantro.

  • 3 oz onion, caramelized
  • 2 oz Peak Fresh Produce® Cilantro, Fresh
  • 8 oz West Creek® French Fries
  • 1/4 tsp garlic, chopped
  • 3 oz Bacio® Cheese, 50/50 Mozzarella Blend
  • 1 oz Piancone® Oil, Olive, Extra Virgin
  • 1 oz onion sauce
  • 3 oz Nature's Best Dairy® Sour Cream

  • 1/2 tsp Peak Fresh Produce® Garlic, Clove(s)
  • 1/2 tsp ginger
  • 1/4 tsp oil, sesame
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3/4 tbsp oil, vegetable
  • 1/4 tbsp vinegar, white
  • 1/2 Peak Fresh Produce® Pepper(s), Yellow, diced
