Chipotle Breakfast Burritos

Directions

  1. In large skillet over medium-high heat, warm beef in oil, chipotles and adobo sauce.
  2. Fill each tortilla with 3 ounces beef mixture. Fill each tortilla evenly with remaining ingredients.
  3. Roll up burritos. Grill burritos 1 to 2 minutes, turning to griddle all sides, until toasted and light brown.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs DAN’S PRIZE® All Natural Pulled Beef, thawed
  • 2 tbsp oil, vegetable
  • 2 tbsp chipotle en adobo sauce
  • 8 Flour tortillas, burrito-sized
  • 8 oz sausage, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup cheese shredded, cheddar
  • 1 cup cheese shredded, Monterey Jack
  • 2 avocado, peeled, pitted and sliced
  • 1 cup pico de gallo
