Chipotle Breakfast Burritos
Directions
- In large skillet over medium-high heat, warm beef in oil, chipotles and adobo sauce.
- Fill each tortilla with 3 ounces beef mixture. Fill each tortilla evenly with remaining ingredients.
- Roll up burritos. Grill burritos 1 to 2 minutes, turning to griddle all sides, until toasted and light brown.

- 1 1/2 lbs DAN’S PRIZE® All Natural Pulled Beef, thawed
- 2 tbsp oil, vegetable
- 2 tbsp chipotle en adobo sauce
- 8 Flour tortillas, burrito-sized
- 8 oz sausage, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup cheese shredded, cheddar
- 1 cup cheese shredded, Monterey Jack
- 2 avocado, peeled, pitted and sliced
- 1 cup pico de gallo
