Ham and Swiss Quiche
Directions
- Sprinkle salad wafers on bottom and sides of 9-inch pie plate generously coated with cooking spray. Set aside.
- In medium bowl whisk together eggs, flour, pepper and nutmeg until smooth. Stir in cottage cheese, Swiss cheese, ham, carrots and green onions. Carefully pour into prepared pie plate.
- Bake at 350°F about 40 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Cool on wire rack for 5 to 10 minutes.

- 1 cup cheese, cottage, low-fat
- 1 cup cheese shredded, Swiss
- 4 egg(s), (slightly beaten)
- 1/3 cup flour, all-purpose
- 1 cup ham, (finely chopped, about 4oz)
- 1/2 cup Heritage Ovens® Wafers, Salad, (finely crushed)
- 1/8 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 cup onion(s), green, (sliced)
- 1/4 tsp pepper, freshly ground
