Herb Roasted Tear Drop Tomatoes

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Toss tomatoes with salt, pepper, fresh herbs, and olive oil. Roast in oven for 7-8 minutes then serve.

  • 1 cup tomato(es), golden teardrop, halved
  • 1 cup tomato(es), red teardrop, halved
