Herb Roasted Tear Drop Tomatoes
Directions
- Heat oven to 400 degrees.
- Toss tomatoes with salt, pepper, fresh herbs, and olive oil. Roast in oven for 7-8 minutes then serve.

- 1 tsp. Peak Fresh Produce® Basil, minced
- 1 tsp. Peak Fresh Produce® Oregano, minced
- 1/2 cup Piancone® Oil, Olive, Extra Virgin
- 1/4 tsp. Roma® Black Pepper, Ground
- 1/4 tsp. salt, kosher
- 1 cup tomato(es), golden teardrop, halved
- 1 cup tomato(es), red teardrop, halved
