Jalapeno Honey Mayo

Directions

  1. In a high-speed blender, place all ingredients except oil and salt. While blending on high, pour in a steady stream of oil to emulsify.
  2. Adjust seasoning with kosher salt.

  • 4 oz. mustard, dijon
  • 32 oz. oil
  • 1/2 bunch Peak Fresh Produce® Cilantro, bunch(es)
