Mediterranean Hummus Salad

Directions

  1. Place ingredients in a small mixing bowl. Stir well. Season with salt as desired.
  2. Scoop hummus out of container and swirl onto a serving plate.
  3. Top with salad.

  • 3 tbsp artichoke(s), chopped, marinated
  • 4 basil, leaves, fresh, chopped
  • 1 tsp capers, chopped
  • 3 olive(s), Greek
  • 3 tbsp roasted red peppers, chopped
  • 1 tbsp Roma® Oil, Olive
  • 1 10 oz container Sabra® Classic Hummus
  • to taste salt
  • 1 tsp vinegar, balsamic
