Pickled Cherries
Directions
- Prepare jars and lids. Combine vinegar, sugar, and water in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil and simmer until sugar is dissolved. Add cherries and cook for five minutes until cherries soften slightly.
- Transfer cherries to the jars and top with the strained vinegar mixture. Continue the canning process if you are preserving the cherries. Otherwise, refrigerate at least overnight before serving.

- 1 lb. cherries, fresh, pitted and stemmed
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup West Creek® Sugar, Brown
- 1 cup West Creek® Vinegar, Apple Cider
