Directions
- In a medium mixing bowl, thoroughly blend oil and Custom Culinary® Gold Label True Foundations™ Roasted Vegetable Base.
- Add leeks, squash, red pepper and beets; toss until evenly coated with seasoned oil.
- Spread Custom Culinary® Gold Label Alfredo Sauce evenly on flatbread crust.
- Top with seasoned vegetables, distributing evenly over the flatbread.
- Bake in a 425°F oven for 10-12 minutes until flatbread reaches desired doneness.
- Remove from oven and evenly top with microgreens and cracked black pepper.

- 1/3 cup Red Bell Pepper, diced
- 1/8 tsp black pepper, cracked
- 1 ea flatbread crust, 12-14″ long
- 1/8 cup leek(s), sliced
- 2 tbsp microgreens
- 1/8 cup oil, vegetable
- 1 tbsp Custom Culinary® Gold Label True Foundations™ Roasted Vegetable Base
- 1/3 cup squash, yellow, large dice
