Roasted Vegetable Flatbread

Directions

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, thoroughly blend oil and Custom Culinary® Gold Label True Foundations™ Roasted Vegetable Base.
  2. Add leeks, squash, red pepper and beets; toss until evenly coated with seasoned oil.
  3. Spread Custom Culinary® Gold Label Alfredo Sauce evenly on flatbread crust.
  4. Top with seasoned vegetables, distributing evenly over the flatbread.
  5. Bake in a 425°F oven for 10-12 minutes until flatbread reaches desired doneness.
  6. Remove from oven and evenly top with microgreens and cracked black pepper.

  • 1/3 cup Red Bell Pepper, diced
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper, cracked
  • 1 ea flatbread crust, 12-14″ long
  • 1/8 cup leek(s), sliced
  • 2 tbsp microgreens
  • 1/8 cup oil, vegetable
  • 1 tbsp Custom Culinary® Gold Label True Foundations™ Roasted Vegetable Base
  • 1/3 cup squash, yellow, large dice
