Salty Sweet Blue Cheese Pizza

Directions

  1. Spread Mascarpone evenly over crust; sprinkle with onions and dates.
  2. Blend Mozzarella and Blue cheese; sprinkle over crust.
  3. Bake at 475°F until crust has golden edge and crisp bottom and cheese is slightly browned. Sprinkle with almonds.

  • 3 oz Real California Mascarpone cheese
  • 1 10 in extra-thin cracker-style pizza crust
  • 3 oz onion, caramelized
  • 2 tbsp Medjool dates, diced
  • 3 oz Real California Part-skim Mozzarella, shredded
  • 3 oz Real California Creamy Blue cheese, crumbled
  • 1 tbsp almonds, smoked, diced
