Directions
Prepare fries according to package directions.Ingredients
- 2 cups Asian Pride® Sweet Chili Sauce
- 5 lbs Simplot® Select Recipe Fries
Garlic Aioli
Directions
- Smash garlic into a paste with a pinch of salt using a large knife. Place into blender and add egg yolks, lemon juice, and mustard into blender and puree.
- Add Olive Oil into yolk mixture slowly, until all oil is incorporated.
- Adjust taste with salt and pepper.
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp Ascend® Juice, Lemon
- 2 tsp mustard, dijon
- 4 Nature's Best Dairy® Egg(s), yolks only
- 8 cloves Peak Fresh Produce® Garlic, mashed
- 1 cup Piancone® Oil, Olive
- 1 tsp salt and pepper, to taste
Blueberry Ketchup
Directions
- Heat oil over medium heat in a medium sauce until shimmering.
- Add shallot and cook until softened, but not browned, about 4 minutes. Add in ginger and garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Add in blueberries, vinegar, brown sugar, and salt and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer until thickened, about 30-45 minutes.
- Let cool to room temperature
